📸 REQUIRED AT CHECKOUT

Please use the Notes & Upload Section before completing your order to submit:

• High-quality photos (up to 3 included)

• Graduate’s full name (exact spelling)

• School name

• Class year

• Official school colors

• Selected design choice

Orders will not begin design until all required information and images are received.

👕 SIZING INFORMATION (UNISEX FIT)

These are unisex shirts and fit slightly larger.

• For a slimmer/tighter fit: Size down

• For a relaxed or comfortable fit: Order your regular size or size up

Additional photos or design elements (extra logo, quote, scripture, degree, etc.) are $5 per item.

🖥 MOCKUPS & EDIT POLICY

• You will receive a mockup before production.

• You are allowed 2 edits.

• You have 24 hours to review and approve or request changes.

Additional edits beyond 2 revisions: $10 change fee.

Photo change fee (after initial submission): $5 per photo change.

If no response is received within 24 hours, your order may move into production. If changes are requested after production begins, a $10 reprint fee will apply.

All additional fees must be paid prior to shipping.

❌ NO REFUND POLICY (CUSTOM ITEMS)

All Grad Center T-Shirts are custom-made.

Because each item is personalized specifically for your graduate:

• No refunds

• No exchanges

• No returns

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

🛑 CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 48 hours of submitting your design, a $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the remaining balance.

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing time: 5–7 business days.

Due to high order volume, please include your needed-by date so we can schedule production accordingly.
